The title of this blog, Bella Mamma (Beautiful Mommy) is a hope for myself and all mothers around the globe. I believe that true beauty on the outside is achieved when we are balanced and at peace on the inside.
Before motherhood, there were some unresolved issues and bad habits that I had retained over the years. This blog is a channel through which I am addressing both old and new struggles. My wish is that I will be able to model a healthy, balanced individual for my children. I hope to be a bella mamma for them.
